YrbsNam™ wants you to shop for floral supplies with confidence. This policy explains when merchandise may be returned, how to request an exchange, and what to expect when a refund is approved.
Return Eligibility and 30-Day Window
You may contact us about a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To qualify, the floral supply must:
Be unused and in the same condition in which it arrived
Contain all original packaging
Have no evidence of use, washing, alteration, or damage
Include the order confirmation or another acceptable form of purchase verification
YrbsNam™ reserves the right to reject a return that does not meet these conditions.
Requesting Return Authorization
Please obtain approval before sending any merchandise back. Begin your request by emailing:

A brief reason for the return
If your request is accepted, we will provide return instructions and verify the correct mailing address. Packages returned before authorization is granted may not be accepted.
Problems With an Order
Please examine your floral supplies soon after delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or not the product you ordered, contact us promptly with:
Your order number
Clear photographs showing the item
Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label
A short explanation of the problem
After reviewing the submitted materials, YrbsNam™ will help determine an appropriate resolution.
Items Excluded From Returns
We may be unable to accept returns involving:
Merchandise that has been used, washed, or damaged
Products missing original packaging or accessories
Personalized or custom-made items
Personal-care or hygiene-related products
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items
Packages mailed back without advance approval
Original shipping fees are not refundable unless applicable law requires a refund or the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Exchanges 🌿
If you would like a different floral product, the fastest approach is to return the original merchandise first. Once that return has been authorized, you may place a separate order for the item you prefer.
EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Right
When an order is delivered within the European Union, the customer may be entitled to cancel or return the purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.
To qualify, the merchandise must remain unused, stay in its original packaging, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return Review and Refund Timeline
Once your return arrives, YrbsNam™ will inspect the merchandise and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method. Our processing may take up to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
